Managing Subscriptions

To cancel a paid subscription and avoid automatic renewal, you must initiate the cancellation in your account before the subscription period ends. This will stop future charges.

Once you cancel, automatic renewal will be turned off, but you'll still have access to the service until your current subscription period ends. Keep in mind, refunds are not provided for any unused portion of your subscription. You can continue using the service until your paid subscription expires.

If you cancel your subscription before the period ends, your QR codes will still work until your subscription expires. However, once the subscription ends, you will lose access to premium features and services.

To cancel your subscription renewal, log in to your account and go to the subscription section in 'Settings.' Find and click the 'Cancel' button, then follow any on-screen prompts to complete the cancellation. You'll receive a confirmation email indicating that your subscription has been canceled.

Make sure to check when your subscription officially ends, typically at the end of the current billing cycle. If you have trouble canceling, contact customer support for help.

Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default, meaning they will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.

To reactivate an inactive subscription, login to your account and navigate to subscriptions which can be found in 'Settings'. Select the plan you'd like to reactivate, and once the payment is processed, your subscription will be reactivated. Keep in mind that if the subscription has been inactive for a while, the data might be retained for only 30 days before being permanently removed from the system.

If your account has been suspended, check your email or your account for a message or notification explaining why your account was suspended. Reasons might include non-payment, violation of terms of service, suspicious activity, or security issues.
